After you start feeling better, it is important to make sure you do not aggravate any injured areas. We recommend that patients continue to get adjustments once a month to restore the stressed body to a healthier condition that stems from the demands of regular life. However, anytime you experience any sort of pain, we would be happy to assist you on an as-needed basis.
We also teach exercise you can do at home to strengthen your muscles and to promote traction of the joints to maintain a healthy condition.
